Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) Custom Duplicate Pupil First Aid Report Books are ideal for your students health and safety requirements. With your school details added for the personal touch. This is a pocket size version of our school accident report, handy for lunchtime assistants to keep in a pocket. At a handy size of A6 which is 148mm x 105mm so would easily fit in a pocket. Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (short edge) for a traditional finish.  All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
