NCR Pupil Pass Duplicate Book A6

Our No Carbon Required (NCR) Pupil Pass Duplicate Book is ideal if you want to issue pupils a slip to authorise absence for appointments etc. At a handy size of A6 (148mm x 105mm) with a tear out top copy it is perfect for giving a copy to pupil whilst you retain a copy in the book. With space to record pupil name, form, date, time of absence, reason for absence and authorisation. The book contains 50 duplicate sets, with the top copy perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. Stitched and bound with tape for a traditional finish with a loose leaf writing shield.
