NCR Personal Medication Administration Record Duplicate A4 Book

Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) Personal Medication Administration Record is ideal for any person or care setting wishing to record medical information to keep on you whilst out and about. Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm and duplicate sets so you can write on the top white sheet which will automatically transfer through to the sheet underneath. Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed record. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield. As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.
