NCR COSHH Assessment Book A4 Triplicate

Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) COSHH Risk Assessment Form is ideal for any business which needs to record hazards and risks from hazardous substances in the workplace. Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm and triplicate sets so you can write on the top white sheet which will automatically transfer through to 2 copies below. Easy to use as the top & middle copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed risk assessment. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield. As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.
